Sizing Shirts & Hoodies

Sizing is important! 

Always utilize the item sizing chart before placing an order.

Generalities: Unisex items are based on Men's sizes, so Men's and Unisex sizes are basically the same.  Also, women's sizes tend to run small. Please refer to size charts for specific sizing of all items.  To help get the best fit, we recommend utilizing our measuring method; it can be found on our "Size Chart Page".

Note, most wearable items will shrink, so if you prefer a loose-fitting T-shirt or hoodie, make sure to order at least one size or more above your usual size and/or the chart size.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Once you place your order, your custom-made items are automatically sent to a third-party for production, fulfillment and shipping.  We do not warehouse or stock items. Although we cannot guarantee fulfilment & shipping times, the current approximate fulfillment and shipping times listed by the third-party provider are as follows:

  • Apparel:

Fulfillment time is about 2-8 days and shipping times are listed as 6-13 days. This creates an approximate time range of 8-17 days.

  • Books and Calendars:

Fulfillment time is about 3-5 business days and shipping times are around 5-10 days This creates an approximate time range of 8-15 days.

*Note, incorrect or untraceable delivery addresses, customs delays, natural disasters, and delivery restrictions may delay your order. Orders affected by such delays may take as long as 6 weeks to arrive. Also, International Mail and Priority Mail services may sometimes require extra transit times, up to 28 days.

  • Digital Downloads:

Available immediately.

When you purchase an item on our website the third-party provider charges us for production of the item, sales tax and shipping cost.  Our price to you includes the above third-party charges plus a flat servicing fee for our designs and services.

Publications

  • Digital Downloads:

Digital downloads are not returnable or refundable and cannot be exchanged after purchase.

  • Printed Books & Calendars

Printed books and calendars may only be returned for replacement, if you received the item damaged, defective, or incorrectly packaged. The third-party provide will be happy to provide a replacement copy as long as you notify us within 14 days of your order’s shipment date, so we may contact the third-party provider to process your replacement per their policies. Note, refunds are not provided for reasons of quality of the content (including misspelled words, grammatical errors, etc.), formatting, design or overall book appearance.

 

Apparel Items

Important Notice: 

We do not except returns if items have been washed, worn or used; you will not receive a refund and the item will not be returned to you.

  • Returns Due to Size:

Please make sure to order the correct size as these items are custom orders made on demand.  We and our third-party do not offer returns based on sizing issues.   To help you make your sizing decision, utilize our sizing charts and our recommendations on how to get the best fit.  Keep in mind that most wearable items will shrink, so if you prefer loose-fitting clothing, make sure to order at least one size or more above your usual size.

  • Exchanges Due to Size:

Please do your best to order the correct size as our third-party supplier does not offer exchanges based on sizing issues; however, we will do our best to accommodate you.  If you would like to exchange the item for a different size; we allow for a one-time exchange per eligible item. 

To Be Eligible for Exchange Due to Size:

1.    Not all items are eligible for exchange. Currently, the only items eligible for exchange due to sizing issues are Unisex T-shirts, Unisex Zip-up Hoodies, and Unisex Pull Over Hoodies. All other items are not eligible or exchangeable due to sizing issues, including, but not limited to, hats, beanies, caps, rash guard shirts, rash guard leggings, sports bras, women's fitted T-shirts, women's tanks, unisex tanks, basketball tanks, and all other items not listed above as eligible for exchange due to sizing.

Important: for items to be eligible for exchange it must be returned in as “New Condition”, this means unwashed, unworn, not damaged, and in its original packaging with tags and labels.

2.    Contact us by email within 14 days of the item’s delivery date. 

a.    If it is after 14-days, we will not honor an exchange due to sizing issues.
b.    Provide us with your name, phone number, address, and new size for the exchange.
c.    Please be sure to request the correct size for the exchange as we only accommodate one exchange per item.

3.    You will receive an email with a specific return shipping address and instructions on how to make the exchange.  

4.    You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us, including the shipping cost.  We require you to utilize a shipping method that is trackable.  Make sure to mail the item to the specific exchange mailing address provided to you in our email.  If we do not receive the item for exchange, we will not exchange the item unless you provide us with proof of delivery to the correct address.

5.    Once we receive the item we will inspect the item’s condition.  We will email you to confirm if the exchange was accepted based on the item’s condition and provide you information on the new item.

Important: for the item to be eligible for exchange it must be returned in as “New Condition”, this means unwashed, unworn, not damaged, and in its original packaging with tags and labels.

  • Return of Sealed Goods:

We and the third-party do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.

  • Returns Due to Misprinted/Damaged/Defective Items:

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received.  (If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please let us know so we may submit a problem report to the third-party provider.)

  • Packages Lost in Transit:

All claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our third-party provider’s part are covered at their expense.  

Wrong Address:

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the third-party provider’s  facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed Items:

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our third-party provider’s facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (if and as applicable). If for some reason the unclaimed order is returned due to the wrong shipping address or a failure to claim the shipment, you agree, that the order won’t be available for reshipping and will be donated to charity (without us issuing a refund).
